Our Mission

Empower underrepresented talent to imagine, learn and build the future and impactful careers through tailored support, community and opportunities.

About eWorker

Opportunities are no longer restricted by your location or colour.

At eWorker we believe top talent is globally distributed, but opportunities are limited for those from Black and African communities.

eWorker was started to give exceptional Black and African talent access to opportunities with world-class companies. We remove the friction from hiring and help companies identify untapped talent.

Tech should be inclusive and Black and African talent should be given the opportunity to choose a job they love: whether that’s based on an inspiring team, cutting-edge technology or just a good old salary.

We are committed to empowering under-represented talent and developing a global ecosystem of technology leaders.

eWorker is building an organisation that will impact the world for generations. To do that, our values and habits are ingrained in our DNA (HAIL) and we use them to guide everything we do.

We speak honestly even when courage is required.
We deliver, so we prepare.
We are problem solvers that add value.
We ensure our actions earn trust and respect.
We only advance through merit.

We pursue eWorker’s mission with relentless energy and conviction.
We are inspiring and seek to be inspired.
We challenge others and come away as friends.
We are grit and persistence. We keep it real.

We go further for the right path.
We come second, the team and users come first.
We take account of our responsibilities.
We do more than is necessary.
We don’t play the blame game, and never avoid giving or receiving hard positive feedback.

We will always do our best regardless of the effort required.
We win through diversity.
We think, but ask for help when needed.
We take ownership without being prompted.
We are the revolution.
